1 24oz jar Quattro Fratelli Bolognese Sauce
10 oz. Arborio rice
6 cups +/- good quality canned or homemade chicken broth - heated
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
1 1/2 T butter
In a heavy bottomed, deep sided pan - heat Quattro Fratelli Bolognese Sauce. Add Arborio rice and cook until liquid from sauce has been absorbed. At this point begin to add the chicken broth - a ladle full at a time. Continue this process until the rice is aldente. Add the butter and Parmigiano Reggiano, combine well and serve.
