1lb cleaned, deveined shrimp cut into thirds
1 small lobster tail cut into bite sized pieces
1 tsp Olive oil
1 T Butter
Salt and pepper
1 - 1 1/2 jars Quattro Fratelli Spicy Arrabbiata Sauce
1lb loaf crusty Tuscan Bread
Chopped Italian parsely
Heat saute pan add olive oil and butter. Add shrimp and lobster, salt and pepper to taste and saute till 3/4 cooked. Add Quattro Fratelli Arrabbiata Sauce. Cook till sauce thickens slightly.
Heat broiler...slice bread into 1/2 inch slices and roast under broiler on both sides until browned.
When seafood sauce is ready spoon a generous amount onto each slice of bread, sprinkle with chopped Italian parsley and serve hot.
